The rapid development of information technology in recent years in Vietnam has created immense economic value. However, alongside these opportunities, the internet environment also poses significant risks and challenges for individuals and businesses in ensuring information security. There are increasingly sophisticated and large-scale organized cyberattacks targeting businesses and large corporations, while cybersecurity awareness among Vietnamese users remains limited.

To enhance in-depth knowledge of network security, minimize economic losses, and proactively protect individuals and organizations in the cyberspace, AGEST Vietnam has partnered with two universities and provided Cyber Security training for the students of the University of Engineering and Technology (HUTECH) and College of Technology & Design (CTD) of UEH University from May 13 – 24, 2024.

The program is designed by AGEST Inc. and partially funded by AOTS Japan. It is delivered by Mr. Shiratani Munehiro, a trainer for the Certified Ethical Hacker Program in Japan. This is a great opportunity for the trainees to raise their awareness as well as enhancing their knowledge on cyber security domain.
